Children and adolescents experience a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulty regulating emotions, and challenges with impulse control. These issues make it difficult to deal with unfortunate but common factors, like family or sibling conflict, parental divorce, or unexpected loss.
