I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) psychotherapist born and raised in Florida. My experience extends for over 10 years. People who work with me tend to like exploring and understanding themselves more deeply, not just being heard, but guided. Previous to being a crisis counselor, I also held executive level positions affording me the expertise to offer insight in achieving a work/life balance, professional development and building resiliency to help people become smarter, stronger, better versions of themselves.
