We are a practice located physically Virginia but work remote in Virginia, DC, and Massachusetts. We specialize in trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders, working with clients to help process and develop coping skills to manage in their daily lives, & we always work with clients where they are. We work from a collaborative approach, connecting with outside providers to help make your treatment fluid. When we work with clients, it is always person-centered. We utilize creative arts & play therapy techniques, CBT, DBT skills, & BSFT. We connect with clients to develop the treatment plan.
We have experience using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy & mindfulness skill-building. With families, we utilize structural family therapy to guide the conversations had & help the family grow together. We are always cautious to be culturally competent and work with clients regardless of culture or religion.
