We strive to meet every client at their place of need, wherever that may be. The most common struggles are often motivation, worry, stress and relationships. Surrounding these issues are all types of circumstances that people seem to handle most of the time with familiar coping mechanisms, but for whatever reason have the client stuck. They come to us to get help finding a way to become unstuck.
We provide access to specific coping tools and strategies in addition to helping them discern how to utilize them for their own wellness. Each counselor has their own presence that they align with clients to help them navigate obstacles. Often, the greatest empowerment of counseling is the processing that the helping relationship allows with clients.
