I specialize in Men's issues, trauma, self-esteem, behavioral issues, substance abuse, life coaching/ transitions, communication, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, christian counseling, social avoidant behaviors, etc. I am a person-centered therapist, who utilizes different modalities like CBT, motivational interviewing, and DBT.
It is hard to live a healthy life when your mental health is impacting your day to day functioning (ie. social, emotional, occupational, academic, and interpersonal relationships) to the point you feel defeated and stagnant.
