My work focuses on identifying triggers that contribute to distress. I take a cognitive-behavioral approach to address how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact decision making. I also provide psychoeducation to help clients better understand the impact of symptoms on their lives. I teach integrative coping skills that can be used outside of session.
