My therapeutic style is collaborative and interactive, and together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery. I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including CPT, Talk Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.
With over 15 years of experience in mental health, I have worked with at-risk youth, families in crisis, women affected by domestic violence, adolescents and children with chronic mental health conditions, and individuals who have been incarcerated. I specialize in therapy for women and adolescents.
