As a women's health therapist I specialize in helping women who are recovering from pregnancy and child birth, menopause and other life transitions and who may be living with persistent pain (pelvic, hip, back, shoulder, etc), bowel and bladder issues, chronic illness, fatigue, decreased bone density and muscle mass, weakness, or issues of identity. My goal is to empower women in their bodies and lives, assist them to improve their overall wellness as well as get ahead of their pain, and improve their daily functioning.
