My therapy style is interactive and empathic.I tailor sessions to meet clients' unique therapeutic needs, as no two individuals are the same. I help clients step away from fear-based decisions and embrace their core- values. My goal is to help clients live a life that feels authentic and not one that just "looks good" on paper.
