I strive to create a peaceful accepting space for you to process whatever heaviness you have been carrying around. Therapy should be a place where you feel grounded even in the midst of chaos and struggle. Everyone deserves to be seen and fully accepted for who they are in this world, I hope that I can provide that for my clients. Making the decision to seek therapy often doesn’t come from just one thing, it’s a combination of our past, present, and possibly future. We will explore all parts of you to understand who you truly are and help you become your most authentic self.
I work with primarily adolescents and adults. I have experience working in child welfare, marginalized communities, substance use, and for the last 10 years I have practiced as an individual and family therapist. As a trauma informed therapist, I see a client as a whole person and not their symptoms. I offer faith based services as fit for each individual.
My therapeutic work is rooted in providing a calming space to allow a person to achieve their most authentic and caring self.
