I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for teens and adults, ages 13 years-old and above.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist. My specific areas of clinical expertise and interest include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, women’s issues, women’s reproductive challenges (infertility, pregnancy loss, and pre and post-partum issues), adjustment issues/life transitions, relationship issues/conflicts, anger management, grief, LGBTQIA+, and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, strength-based, & client-centered, utilizing evidence-based treatment strategies. My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, & collaborative. I aim to provide a comfortable, respectful, non-judgmental, & supportive space. We work to gain insights into behavior, decrease symptoms, and empower change.
