I specialize in working with sexual addictions and relationships. I have been working therapeutically with individuals, couples, and families since 2005. My focus now is working with sexual addiction/pornography addiction and betrayal trauma of partners of addicts and I have been trained by the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) in advanced treatment of sexual addictions and betrayal trauma. My hope is to help individuals and couples heal from the pain that addiction and betrayal bring to people's lives. I also treat other sexual problems with couples and individuals.

We offer a wide range of clinical expertise and 32 years of experience. We love helping people find solutions to the many complex and sometimes overwhelming life issues.

Over the last decade, Innovative Health Care Concepts (IHCC) has worked with a variety of clients from children suffering from trauma, to families learning to manage the complexities of living with mental illness.

I facilitate groups for the LifeSTAR Network, a three-phase program for couples and individuals affected by pornography and sexual addiction.

I recently moved to Rexburg and enjoy being in the outdoors, exploring new places and playing sports. I have been married for over 16 years and have 9 children. I love helping people learn and grow. I am a marriage and family therapist who works with couples, families, and individuals where addiction has disrupted their lives. I specialize in pornography addiction, sex addiction, and families with children who have special needs (Autism, ADHD, and Developmental delays).

I like clients that are unique, meaning I enjoy people's differences. I tend to create the treatment plan around the client and their needs rather than a cookie cutter type of treatment plan. I work with a wide range of clients from children and adolescents to couples therapy.

If you asked me what I would want you to know about me, I would tell you that first and foremost, I love serving and working with people, especially youth. I care deeply and have a really big heart. I strive to make my office a sanctuary where people can openly share and work on healing with no thought of judgement or criticism. I have an honest heart and I strive to listen, understand, connect, and help you heal. I will do my best to help you find within yourself the ability to challenge yourself and to open the channels for personal growth and learning.
