I primarily work with clients who have suffered trauma and want to reduce their struggles with the memory. These include molestation, rape, assault, car wrecks, injuries or fights. I also work with people who are depressed, anxious or grieving. I work with people who struggle with addictive or compulsive behaviors such as pornography use, infidelity, excessive internet use, or excessive alcohol use - whether these are issues spurred on by past traumas or not. Although we sometimes are not too sure what we want in life I work to help clients make decisions which will help them thrive.

I want to invest my time into helping children so that they have more tools to handle stress, and to better manage their emotions.
