With this in mind, consultations and first sessions are always free, rates are flexible, and sessions are half off during the month of May, for Mental Health Awareness Month. I enjoy individual therapy, as well as working with couples and families. I see kids, teens and adults, and I'm a big fan of group therapy, since this is a unique, underutilized, and financially sensible way to access effective care. I realize engaging in counseling can be a big decision to make and there may be some hesitation when someone feels the need to seek a counselor. It is difficult to know what experience to expect. I would like you to know that as a counselor, I work collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are at. I have had the honor of working and creating a safe space with an array of resilient individuals age levels from 12 to up that were working on managing (anxiety, depression, SUD, grief, family/couples, BIPOC, and LGTBQ).

I hold a master degree in Clinical Counseling. I also have training and years of experience within the area of: Play Therapy Strategies and Techniques in working with children. I use a variety of play therapy interventions and differing theoretical orientations in my approach to helping clients. I predominantly work with children and adolescence of all ages, and also have experience in working with couples and families.
