My name is Kendra and I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor. I attended Utah Valley University for my undergrad work in Psychology and Capella University for my graduate work in Mental Health Counseling. I have a passion for working with people from all walks of life.

For the past several years, it has been my privilege to walk with people as they enter periods of life where they feel challenged, hurt, and often stuck. It is my goal to help you explore these wounds, navigate through the sticky places, and return to a higher level of functioning.

I enjoy working with people with eating disorders and associated mood disorders as well as people with mood disorders alone. Mood disorders include challenges such as depression and anxiety.

My ideal client is someone who values self-discovery and is committed to their healing journey. They are willing to explore their emotions, confront challenges with resilience, and actively engage in therapeutic processes to achieve personal growth and mental wellness. With a collaborative spirit and a desire for positive change, they inspire hope and empower themselves to thrive.

I have always been drawn to working with people and feel very honored to help them with their most personal struggles. After 10+ years of experience with individuals and couples, I find myself 10 times more energized by this work. I specialize in trauma and use IFS and EMDR regularly. My work also focuses around religious trauma/deconstruction, LGBTQIA+, couples, and ADHD, as well as many many years of treating anxiety and depression.

Danielle Peterson is an eating disorder specialist ready to work with clients that struggle with different aspects of their mental health including body image, relationships, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and trauma. Danielle believes in treating clients from a strengths-based perspective and meeting her clients with compassion and respect to their story that they bring to therapy.

I recently moved to Rexburg and enjoy being in the outdoors, exploring new places and playing sports. I have been married for over 16 years and have 9 children. I love helping people learn and grow. I am a marriage and family therapist who works with couples, families, and individuals where addiction has disrupted their lives. I specialize in pornography addiction, sex addiction, and families with children who have special needs (Autism, ADHD, and Developmental delays).

I have lived in Idaho for over 15 years & have 6 children. I am both an adventurer & treasure hunter at heart. I love working to help people achieve their ideal self. Many people have goals and hopes that they wish to accomplish, and often times these objectives are complicated by challenges they are currently facing or have faced in the past. I believe that the individual is the catalyst for change in their life, and my position as a counselor is to help them identify those resources that they have used in the past as well as employ new resources.
