The main client I hope to work with is one who may have struggled with the therapeutic process in the past I wish to demystify the experience and reach out a helping hand. It depends upon the needs of a client, one session or several sessions. I wish to hear what the client is in need of, and to give them the tools to carry out treatment. Every client has a unique situation and/or a family or relationship system that he or she is working within. The therapeutic process encompasses this situation, as well as formulation of a workable treatment plan that is client driven.i also can make house calls when needed.

I have a deep passion for helping those who are suffering from substance use disorders as well as other addictive disorders. Through both a directive and nondirective therapeutic approach, I can help you realize how to identify generational trauma, current trauma, lack of connections, and maladaptive family systems, that so often lead to turning to substances or behaviors to aid in the alleviation of the symptoms of those traumas and attachment injuries. With a loving and secure connection, I can help you identify your goals, realize the steps needed to achieve those goals, and maintain long-term recovery in your life.

As a psychotherapist I enjoy helping people who have not found the assistance they need from other professionals. I focus on understanding the real causes of suffering, not just symptoms or a diagnosis. I value the complexity of the mind and work carefully with my patients to tailor each treatment approach to their specific and unique needs. I do not simply assume what you need, instead we collaborate together. Psychotherapy can be profoundly meaningful and I have experience helping people from a wide variety of backgrounds. I also use Neurofeedback therapy and qEEG (brain mapping) assessments to inform my clinical practice.

Accepting new clients in 2024. I have 12 years's experience working with adults, adolescents and children. My focus this year is to help couples to improve their relationship and to help individuals suffering from traumatic experiences. I have six year's experience doing mental health evaluations for immigration cases. Being bicultural and bilingual, I offer services in English and Spanish.
