Caleb is Christian Counselor, a Certified Sex Addiction Counselor (CSAT), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Ordained Minister, Certified Life Coach, with a Masters of Psychology in Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Caleb specializes in helping men work through addiction recovery, anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. His passion is to provide a safe space for his clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.

Sharing over 19 years of counseling experience, I love helping people and navigating the journey with my clients. Although this process can sometimes be challenging, it can also be the most rewarding gift a person can give themselves. I am honored to help people change their lives through healing traumatic wounds. I use an accelerated form of EMDR to assist with trauma and anxiety. The client's I enjoy working with most are those who are ready to move forward in their healing journey. My approach blends EMDR & CBT in addition to couples counseling theories for work with couples.

One of the most difficult tasks in life is getting to know and understand yourself and others and to discover who you really truly are. I am dedicated daily to assist you on this journey to a happier healthier life. I desire a willingness to learn about people and let them guide and direct the way therapy goes so they will be empowered by the process of change. Healing is like throwing a pebble in the pond. When it happens, the change and growth the person/persons experience in therapy spreads to the people they love and their communities. It is my goal to work myself out of a job someday by helping individuals, families, and couples heal, cope, and learn in ways that allow them to like who they are, have fulfilling relationships, and live their best life. Whether it happens via trauma work, generational awareness and healing, relational restructuring, mental health symptom management, relationship skills, or stress/life coping and coaching, change is possible!

The clients I usually work with have experienced some kind of traumatic event(s) currently and/or in their past and are struggling with functioning in their daily lives because of the impacts of the event(s) on their mind, body, and relationships. I work with adults, teens and their families who are experiencing stress, dysregluated emotions, strained relationships, and poor self-esteem. These individuals and families want to stop their negative moods and experiences but feel powerless to change them.

I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, and life adjustments. I also work with clients on relationship enhancement, parenting, dating/preparation for marriage, interpersonal communication, stress management, conflict resolution, personal growth, emotional healing, and relational unity. I assist parents, children, and families with relationship struggles and behavioral/emotional issues. I am licensed and able to provide confidential online video therapy for clients in Idaho, New Hampshire, and Utah.

I am a trained (CSAT) Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and certified Brainspotting therapist. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples affected by sex and porn compulsivity, and betrayal trauma, including sexting, prostitution, emotional affairs, and physical affairs, as well as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions.
