Hello! I am Dr. Debra Larsen Aubrey (Dr. Deb to my patients). I provide therapy services to individuals (all ages), couples and families. I also complete psychological and neuropsychological assessments. My work focuses on empowering individuals & families, alleviating suffering and helping my clients better understand/improve their mental wellness. Kelsea has a wide range of experience providing services for clients from diverse backgrounds. She has worked with many clients who have disabilities, chronic health problems or who are in the process of adjusting to a life-changing event, illness or injury. She has also had extensive training in domestic violence response and uses those skills to help clients who need crisis intervention, safety planning, or trauma-informed care. Kelsea works to provide a safe space for clients to process life challenges and recover from trauma. She enjoys helping clients to identify their own personal values and work toward their life goals.

My primary theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and animal assisted therapy. However I also utilize theories such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Adlerian Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the use of books, Art Therapy, sand Tray Therapy, Play therapy and attachment therapy. I'm certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Tandice has knowledge and experience working with children and families struggling with sibling and parent conflict issues. Anxiety disorders, depression disorders, PTSD, Bi-Polar, Domestic Violence, Relationship issues, self-esteem and identity issues are also areas of expertise.

My clinical specialties include Trauma, Couples and Marital Counseling, Parenting Issues, and a variety of Addiction. Primarily, my areas of expertise are Problematic Sexual Behaviors, Autism, and PTSD.

It is common for people to say therapy hasn’t helped much and in many cases has even made things worse. Understandably, this increases people’s fear and doubt about therapy being able to help them. I find that most therapy is ineffective and most therapist are poorly trained. Because of this, I have been deeply committed to becoming a much better therapist providing the most modern and effective therapeutic approaches. I love working with kids and their parents! I love problem solving and finding ways to help both kids and parents find a common ground. I also enjoy working with women and mothers of all ages to find space for themselves in life.

I primarily have experience working with adults through a wide range of life stages and with diverging ability statuses. Currently, my focus is working with adults and late teens through various presenting concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

Alec's educational journey began at Boise State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in communication. Through his studies, he honed his ability to connect with people, effectively convey ideas, and truly understand people's stories. He strives to create an environment where individuals can explore their potential, overcome challenges, and set out on a path that aligns with their authentic selves.

I worked in the juvenile justice system for 2 years and am passionate about helping teenagers navigate trauma, anxiety, and other mental health struggles. I also have experience working with adults at State Hospital South using Crisis Intervention and Solution Focused Therapy.

Kristin received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and her master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Kristin recently moved to Idaho and loves exploring her new home. Kristin has developed skills in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care. Kristin focuses on client’s strengths and empowering them to reach their goals. She prioritized building rapport and creating a space that is safe and judgement-free.

Samantha is a LPC who graduated at Grand Canyon University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Boise State University. She understands being a kid in this world is difficult! Life has just started, and for a child/teen, it can feel like life is all about what you can or cannot do. Whether trying to figure out how to communicate, learning/expressing emotions, learning boundaries, wanting to vent, or trying to understand how to interact with the world socially, she will be someone who will be on your team to help!
