I take a client-centered approach to therapy, I utilize an eclectic approach based on cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness, among others.
My goal is to create a safe space for all people to express the challenges they face and for them to realize their own strengths and open themselves to new positive ways of thinking. My goal is also to create a treatment plan that is culturally sensitive and caters to the client's specific needs.
