Hi, my name is Ian, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State. With extensive history working with people with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, as well as substance use, I’ve primarily used a humanistic/person-centered approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy to bring out the best in others.
With my time working as a clinician, I have integrated a variety of skills working with varied populations from teens to all adults. I am interested in diverse populations, the different variations of human experience, and how others are impacted in their ability to function and promote their own wellbeing.
