Currently accepting new clients in person and via telehealth! I specialize in working with couples, LGBTQI+ individuals, and anyone navigating a change in religion or spirituality. In addition, I welcome all people from adolescents to adults who are struggling with mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, or simply struggles with everyday life. I am excited to work with people of all intersectional identities, including people of all ages, races, gender identities, sexual orientations, religious orientations, and ethnicities.
I believe the primary healing element of therapy is the real human relationship between the client and the counselor. My method is designed to support clients with proven techniques that center emotion, relationships, and insight. My approach is inclusive, trauma informed, and based on attachment theory and humanistic counseling.
Deciding to reach out to a therapist can be difficult. There's a lot of vulnerability in reaching out for help. I offer a warm, welcoming environment in which clients can explore the issues that are important in their lives.
