Much of the distress we experience as humans has deep emotional roots, and through compassion and the cultivation of relationship comes healing and regaining of one’s peace and autonomy.
I strive to create a warm and attuned environment, utilizing extensive training in psychodynamic therapy, attachment, mindfulness practices, Gestalt techniques, and emotionally focused therapy to help process and make meaning of painful states as they arise and to support you in finding acceptance and a way to live more authentically and peacefully.
