I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, and am particularly passionate about working with transgender & gender-nonconforming teens and adults. As a trans-identified provider, I bring a firsthand understanding of the challenges and nuances of identity exploration, allowing me to offer empathetic and affirming support to a diverse array of individuals. I am skilled at supporting clients in navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relational concerns.

I approach therapy through a relational lens & place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. I understand that past relational experiences often shape current patterns of behavior and emotional responses– so I aim to focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their values & goals.

Virtual Transmasculine Support Group

This weekly virtual group for transgender and gender nonconforming folks who identify anywhere on the transmasculine spectrum is a safe, nonjudgmental space for participants to share, process, and receive support around the nuances of gender identity exploration and the unique experiences of navigating the world as a TGNC person. Through community building, participants can receive validation, gain insights into their own experiences, and collectively facilitate emotional resilience, empowerment, and a pursuit of societal acceptance and equality.
