Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to meet their desired goals. I have an interest in working with clients who have experienced trauma and/or PTSD. I am a certified therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a type of therapy that enables people to heal from symptoms and/or emotional distress that can result from disturbing life experiences. Hi, my name is Breia. I have been working in the field of substance use and mental health for the past 8 years. I am a licensed mental health counselor and an international alcohol and drug counselor. I received my MS in Mental Health Counseling from Drake University in 2017. I have also received training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I have served and continue to have a passion serving those who have experienced anxiety, depression, complex trauma, emotional intensity, grief and loss, substance use, and more.
