I am a Licensed Independent Level Social Worker (LISW) and certified substance abuse counselor (IADC). I have been providing therapy since 2009, working in community mental health and hospital settings. I am able to work with individuals struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and parenting issues.

I have 30 years experience with youth, families, adults and school staff. Multiple trainings on body based approach to healing trauma, and increasing resiliency zone. Angela Eisenman, MA, tLHMC, is a licensed mental health counselor holding a temporary license and is supervised by Kate Haberman, LISW, MFRPT-S. She received her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Northern Iowa, her Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and School Counseling from the University of Iowa, and an Advanced Studies Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Iowa. Angela has over twenty years of experience as an educator serving as a teacher and school counselor, specializing in working with at-risk populations.

Trained in psychotherapy and QEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback. I can treat a host of disorders using QEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback and neurostimulation such as depression, anxiety, ptsd, OCD, ODD, Adhd, autism, and many more. I am working towards my BCN (Board Certified Neurofeedback) currently through the BCIA. Neurostimulation and neuromodulation show the brain how to behave, which quickly alleviates symptoms of mental health disorders. Both online and in person appointments available.

Kaygen, an LMSW, earned her Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa in 2023 and her Master's in Social Work with a concentration on trauma-informed care from the same institution in 2024.
