Sacred Team Circles
This group will support Youth teen groups with challenges with PTSD, anxiety and Psycho-educational platform addressing, anger, life skills, and addiction. An 12 week workshop to include interactive activities and outcomes. Learning to self-assess; developing coping skills, life skills, along with a personalized self-care plan. Develop a confidence mindset. Gender specific Girls/ Boys--anger management, substance abuse, and transitional life skills.

Defining Anger & Addiction Subtypes of Anger: 1. Aggression—actual behavior intended to harm another person. 2. Hostility; an attitude toward a specific person or the world. 3. Resentment—a process in which anger is stored. 4. Hatred; the end product of resentment. 12 week workshop to meet weekly. Change; learn your triggers; anger management relapse prevention. Intervention strategies: Stage I—self –assess Stage II—intentional change—strategies Stage III—repetition/ongoing application & evaluation; rethinking & modification of emotions, cognitions, behaviors & intervention patterns.

Rebuilding self-confidence and social emotional development. Groups max out at 12 participants. Group is for 12 weeks.
