I understand and appreciate how the impact of social conditioning and environment affects one's emotional health, and I can help you increase your insight and support you in healing past wounds.
With stigma surrounding mental health treatment in communities of color (i.e., Middle Eastern and South Asian), I use culturally-informed approaches that look at how gender roles, community and family history, each influence our mental health, mood, and behaviors. I also offer online therapy via video conferencing to fit your busy schedule.
