I enjoy helping those who have concerns related to ADHD, anxiety, relationships, attachment style, low self-esteem/worth, and trauma. I realize no two people are the same, and therefore customize my therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. I pull from a variety of cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and mindfulness-based modalities.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and strength-based in nature. My first priority is providing a safe and non-judgmental space for you to feel comfortable expressing yourself. I believe, with the right tools and support, anyone can improve their life.
