I am extremely passionate about working with Neurodivergent individuals, including but not limited to, children, teens, and young adults. I hope to help individuals who struggle to identify and utilize the strengths within themselves. I would love to support those who struggle processing, identifying, and coping with emotions and building healthy and meaningful relationships. I am not able to work with individuals actively engaging in self harm or experiencing suicidal or homicidal ideation.
I enjoy helping others identify their unique strengths and then building healthy and strong coping skills that are individualized to that person. I specialize in emotions and social skills and am passionate about teaching individuals how to identify, label, and process their emotions in a way that cultivates positive relationships.
We have all asked for help at some point in our life; asking for help is one of the most honorable and rewarding things you can do for yourself and your loved ones. If you consider your self Neurodivergent I know the world can seem extremely isolating but I am here to remind you that what makes you unique is what is going to bring you success and happiness!
