I work from an integrative perspective, often drawing from cognitive, interpersonal and emotion-focused approaches to help clients learn how navigate their relationships and their emotional experiences. I enjoy collaborating with people to help them discover or rediscover their inner strengths and make lasting changes in their lives. In addition to working with individuals on a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, I also have a particular interest in working with university students and athletes.
I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), integrating therapeutic approaches and neuroscience to help individuals address their fears and take back their lives.
