I'm honored to help create that space for them to explore and unpack emotional pain and stress as the result of past traumas or present circumstances. With the proper support and tools, clients can gain hope for their future, confidence with their decision-making, and develop the internal peace they deserve.
A client's therapy is individually tailored to their needs. I take a Humanistic approach to therapy, utilizing Person-Centered, CBT, Trauma-Informed, and Solution-Focused theories. My therapy lens also includes System theories as I believe family, relationships, and society can contribute to both a client's mental health challenges and mental health healing.
