Groups
Mens Group
The group meets on Wednesdays 8-9:30pm at 156 Fifth Ave. I encourage new members to speak freely about their concerns, or remain silent and eventually begin to discuss thoughts and feelings with the group. The leader, along with the members help others to express stifiled emotions, to understand behaviors, and even to experiment with new attitudes and ways of coping. The new learning usually affects ones relationships outside the group in positive ways. The group is particularly helpful to individuals having unsatisfactory or very frustrating and disappointing relationships with others.
