House of Hope of North Carolina is a Christian Non-Profit Organization that offers various counseling services, such as individual, couples, family, and group therapy. House of Hope has therapists who can work with all ages, genders, and backgrounds. In addition, we offer a Christian therapeutic residential program for teenage girls 12-17, with a strong emphasis on parent involvement, that offers support to individuals and families who need a higher level of care. We also provide a free Christian group for teens and their caregivers who have experienced sexual trauma.
Our licensed counselors specialize in: Biblical Counseling, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Empowerment, Behavior Management, Contingency management, Play Therapy, Sandtray, Yoga and Integrative Health.

Groups
MEND Teen
MEND Teen is a FREE Christian group for adolescent female sexual trauma survivors and their caregivers. MEND Teen will discuss anxiety and depression as they relate to trauma, anger, denial, forgiveness, and shame from a therapeutic and biblical lens. This group also works with the caregivers of survivors, to discuss how to support our teens in their journey to healing, while finding support for themselves.
