That’s what I am here to do: help you overcome stress, depression, anxiety, and any other issues that may be inhibiting your mental health, relationships, and success. I have been a therapist for almost 10 years now, and I have worked with a large range of clients: from individuals of all ages, to couples, to families.
As a bilingual Latino therapist, I can work with Spanish-speaking clients, as well as offer culturally conscious counseling. I offer open and affirming care. With my prior military service experience, both current and former members of the armed forces will find services geared towards their unique experiences. I also offer faith-based counseling.
