I offer relational psychotherapy to individuals and couples, in order to help you navigate the multi-directional obstacle course of life! I bring my experience of life, death, aging parents, the corporate world, blended families and ceremonial work. I have spent over 35 yrs. as a Nichiren Buddhist, and incorporate Eastern philosophy into my practice. Our sessions are filled with unconditional positive regard, directive support and intuitional influence in order to assist you in finding your own path for living your truest and most authentic self.
Our sessions are influenced by my integration of nature, philosophy, and spirituality. I am comfortable talking about sexual orientations (kink, polyamory, asexuality) neurodiversity, ADS, ADD, and other difficult topics. I have over 20 years of experience in the corporate / tech. world to help maintain your health and happiness.
My relational style is warm and engaging, providing a safe space to build your sense of personal awareness, self empathy & confidence. During our time together I will use guided meditations, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, Psychodynamic, somatic awareness, grief & mourning support and Non-Violent Communication (NVC).
