Do you feel that something in your life needs to change? I can help. I am a psychotherapist working in private practice who works with all ages and genders, with individuals, couples, and families. Maybe you need help with communication, chronic stress, or coping with life changes. My approach to each person is to meet you where you are, address your symptoms, and empower you to become the full expression of who you are meant to be. I incorporate psychodynamic psychotherapy, family systems approaches, bodywork, mindfulness, and cognitive and behavioral strategies as appropriate. My philosophy is client-centered and trauma-informed.

The types of concerns I work with include anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, grief, adjustment to life transitions, and just wanting to “feel better.” I work with all ages and genders, with individuals, couples, and families. I also practice play therapy with children ages 4 and up.
