I am licensed in Massachusetts with over a decade of professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I believe that change is possible when we believe in ourselves and have HOPE for a brighter future. When developing my practice HOPE became the overarching theme: Healing, Optimism, Perseverance, and Equity/Equality are in my belief the essential mechanisms for growth, change, and fostering resiliency. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
My areas of specialty include helping clients to manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve depression, foster recovery from co-occurring disorders, improve sleep, support of the LGBTQIA+ population, improve intimacy, and crisis intervention. Through self-reflection, I strive to provide dignity, respect, compassion, and a safe and affirming environment.
My HOPE for everyone is to reach a place of self-actualization and attainment. Throughout our counseling relationship I will treat you with respect, dignity, and compassion.
