Sherry’s approach to counseling is three-fold. Her way of being is Rogerian in that it is imperative that positive regard is extended to clients in the therapeutic relationship. Her way of understanding is Psychodynamic in that she believes the past often informs the present. Her work is to travel with clients to treat unhealthy life patterns from the past.
Sherry practices holistic therapy services (mind, body, and soul) with an empathetic and non-judgmental attitude to support her clients in their growth and transformation towards mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness.
