I have successfully coached healthcare workers through burn out by creating space for healing through acknowledgement and release of the stress and trauma stored in their body. Letting go of these negative experiences, strengthens their connection to others and brings clarity to their passion and purpose. I have also led trainings on topics such as emotion regulation, conflict resolution and effective communication. I created and led various support groups and trainings related to grief, chronic pain, imposter syndrome and burnout.
I offer a specialized treatment for trauma reprocessing, that helps the brain store the memory in an adaptive way so that it does not interfere with everyday life. I use practical coping skills for clients who are stuck on the roller coaster of ups and downs in life. I practice therapy with a humanistic approach, allowing you to feel seen and accepted.
I aim to provide a safe environment to support the mind, body and spirit in restoring healthcare workers to a connected and meaningful life. Life is hard and we all need a safe place to share our stories without fear of judgment or shame. I honor the courage it takes to reach out for help and I would be grateful to be a part of your healing journey.

Groups
Healthcare Worker Support Group
This group is for healthcare workers feeling the stress and compassion fatigue of working during a global pandemic. Created and led by Brandi Nichols, BSN, LMFT #122625, who worked as a critical care nurse for six years before becoming a licensed therapist. This semi-structured group is designed to help healthcare workers learn how to care for their own mental health, while caring for others. Now more than ever, healthcare workers need a space to share their burdens in a supportive environment where they can learn from one another. Groups are held remotely.
