Only See Female Patients. Life can be extremely difficult, especially when you are already struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply negative thoughts and feelings. Sometimes we need a little extra support to get through the tough times and it is important to know that you do not have to struggle and be alone. Starting therapy can be a massive challenge and I would love to help you smile again using therapy skills such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and my favorite - humor.
In addition to my help, John Joseph Folan the 3rd (AKA John the Dog) will be present at all your appointments. He is a giant breed Bullmastiff. We would love for you to come work with us so we can help you build your skills, insight, and confidence to move forward and get to a place where you can enjoy life.
I practice out of my home to provide a more relaxed environment. There is a fireplace for the fall/winter and a large outside porch in the spring/summer. I would love to hear from you to see if we are a good fit. I also provide free zoom consultations before we begin therapy as well.
