Hello! My name is Hope Flositz and I am a licensed mental health counselor with ten years of experience in the mental health field with expertise in areas such as addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, and work place issues. I have been described by my clients as caring, kind, calming, supportive, a good listener, and easy to talk to. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a proven approach to changing thinking patterns and behaviors in a limited amount of sessions.

Together we will develop new ways to react to life's challenges by focusing on finding balance in your life and practicing good self-care which can help improve your self-esteem. We will develop a practical plan to learn new tools and practice new behaviors to help you get unstuck and live the life you've always wanted.

I have always been passionate about seeing people overcome challenges and often time’s my clients tell me that they feel better after a limited amount of sessions and that they feel like they’ve just chatted with a friend while continuing to grow. During our initial session we'll look at your history and look at some reasons why you may be experiencing these things and then collaboratively we come up with a plan to get you moving forward and feeling better.
