My therapeutic modality integrates a holistic, strength-based approach while utilizing body awareness, EMDR, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. All of which is a fancy way to say that I want to walk with you, right where you are, just as He made you.
I am EMDR trained and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, coping skills, self-esteem building, and seasons of transition. I have a decade of substance abuse counselling exposure and it is still one of my passions. My goal is to help you quiet the world and hear what He has planned for you and build worth in walking that unique path out.
