I believe in our society today we are seeing things rapidly changing, we as individuals are always striving to find the next right thing. One thing that seems to remain the same is helping others and how we feel when we are helping others. We all have a purpose in life we just need to find out what that purpose may be. I strongly believe that we need to meet the client where they are and allowing the client to reach their own goals. I have assisted clients to begin to identify and address the place of being stuck and bringing them to their path of change.
Over the past several years , I have worked with populations such as adolescents, families, and adults, mental health and substance abuse. While working with these populations I have addressed depression , anxiety, mood disorder , post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse and family conflict. We have many different therapists within the practice.
