Therapy can be a beautiful journey to support you in your growth and healing. As a therapist who identifies as LGBTQ, it is especially important to me to create a safe space for LGBTQ identifying patients to be themselves. I strive to create an open and nonjudgmental space in therapy for a variety of needs and have worked with patients experiencing symptoms of ADHD, autism, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, substance use disorders, anorexia, anxiety, and depression.
I am trained in trauma informed CBT and motivational interviewing. I graduated with a masters in social work from Columbia University. As a therapist; my approach focuses on integrating trauma informed care and anti-racist practices while supporting you on your personal journey of growth. I use a blend of modalities including DBT to best support your needs.
Together, we can guide you towards new coping skills, healing and growth. It is brave of you to seek therapy. I look forward to assisting in your journey.
