Hi, I’m glad that you made it. My name is Homer and I work with experiences that include anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. This can include Generalized anxiety disorder, Panic disorder and Social Anxiety as well as Major Depressive Disorder. I follow the principle that we are all trying to do the best we can with what we have right now and sometimes we just need some support. To this end I do focus on experiences like borderline personality and trauma and how they impact and are impacted by our relationships.
I consider myself a relational therapist and actively work with couples/polycules, whose goal it is to repair and strengthen their connections and find their shared meaning. I believe that all relationships can be successful if we learn to be a better partner than when we started.
