I will guide you along that journey, encouraging you to be who you truly are in an empathetic and supportive environment. My office is a judgement-free zone, where you can express yourself honestly in a compassionate setting.
I work with individuals, couples and families in a collaborative effort to cope with anxiety and depression, overcome fears and insecurities, improve relationships and ultimately lead your best life. I recognize what works for one person, may not be effective for another. I always take that into consideration and treatment is tailored to the individual.
I am offering tele-therapy through Zoom, FaceTime and/or phone to all who want to be seen during this time.
