I believe that it is easier for individuals to learn about new information if it is presented in conjunction with something they already know. I enjoy working with my clients and seeing them grow, learn new skills to be assertive, self-confidence, and achieve their goals. I work in a person center manner and often use DBT, CBT, and postmodern approaches; narrative therapy.
