Using mindfulness techniques and a body centered approach, I work with clients to bring awareness and compassion to themselves and others so that they can access their natural ability to live a well-balanced healthy life. My work is also influenced by Internal Family Systems and parts work. I am trained in EMDR to work with trauma that is stuck in the body.
