Much of our sessions will consist of talking one-on-one. We may also explore a variety of tools such as art, guided meditation, visualization, sand tray, prompted writing, or breathwork. I will guide you in getting to know your thoughts and feelings. We will explore your relationships with others as well as with yourself.
