Trauma influences us is so many ways: our emotional functioning, in our relationships, in our body, even the thoughts we have about ourselves. If you have been struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or just dealing with life events that left an imprint, I'd love to help you move past these and define yourself on your own terms. Healing traumatic experiences is an unlearning process. We are born equipped to deal with life's injuries and the resulting emotional wounds. As we grow, the world teaches us all kinds of lessons that are counter-intuitive to our adaptive nature. You can shed what no longer serves you.
I offer a virtual counseling practice you can access from the comfort of your home. With a specialty in trauma resolution, I use many holistic methods and techniques to help you clear away what has gotten stuck and create the life you want. I love working with other therapists. We have to do the work to take others through the work!
I have been drawn to helping others as long as I can remember. I have learned that our journey on this planet is vast and holds the entire spectrum of grief and joy in its' hands. I am humbled and strengthened by the beautiful nature of human beings and will bring this to our work as your therapist.
